ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PAPPARICH APP

1. What is Papparich app about?
   The Pappa App serves to reward all PappaRich’s loyal customers.
   Papparich customers can now collect points to redeem discounts from PappaRich!
2. What are the devices / software that support the PappaRich app?
   iPhones, Android devices but not blackberry and windows devices.
3. Where do I get the Pappa App?
   Download the PappaRich app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
   Create an account (using email/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram) and you will be provided with a Member QR code that is unique to your details.
4. How do I accumulate Pappa Points?
   Super easy! With your account set up, start accumulating points for every dollar amount spent in all PappaRich outlets in Australia.
   Whether it is dine-ins or takeaways, remember to scan the unique QR code assigned to your account using the PappaRich app when making your payment.
5. How many points is $1 worth?
   $1 = 10 points
   e.g. If a bill totals up to $50, 500 points will be awarded to the account holder. For a bill with a total of $67.30, 673 points will be awarded.
6. What can I do with my Pappa Points?
   You can redeem items from the app's "Redeem" section on your members’ page.
   Redemption of items can only be done in-store.
7. Can I use the accumulated points to offset my bill total at PappaRich?
   Not at the moment.
8. Are the points transferrable?
   No, points are not transferrable. Points will only be allocated to the unique QR code scanned during payment.
9. Can the points be shared?
   No, as PappaRich does not accommodate for split bills, therefore points will only be added to the account holder who taps his/her app QR code during payment.
10. Will I be able to use the same account on other devices?
    Yes! The PappaRich App supports multi-devices!
    To ensure that you’re able to log in to other devices with the same account, please verify your login using the same email address and password used to create your account. Subsequently you may use the Email and password to login via multi-devices.
    Example 1, if you create your first account using the email and password option. You can use the email and password to login via multi-devices.
    Example 2, when you create your first account using Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, please remember to also create a password in the User Profile page.
11. How do I check my points balance?
    Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You can check your points balance on your app or at the payment counter in any of our PappaRich outlets.
12. Can I have more than one account?
    Yes, you can! However, the points collected will be different as you are logged into two different email accounts.
13. Will I lose my points if I lose my phone or change my phone?
    No. As long as you sign in with the same email account.
14. What if I decide to delete the PappaRich app?
    Your points will still remain in the account. There is no expiry of points at this point based on the current development.
15. What if there is a failure in machine?
    In the event that users are unable to scan or collect points owing to a malfunction of the App or the restaurant point of sale system (i.e. server crash or scanner malfunction) users will be allowed to accumulate the un-registered points by sending in a proof of purchase, itemised tax invoice or receipt with a clear date together with the specific member ID to appenquiries@papparich.net.au within 24 hours of the purchase.
16. Can I still earn points if I forgot to bring my device (app) but own an account?
    Yes, you can through having your Member ID written down and manually input into our POS system. Example of a Member ID is 139562e0162d8a03
17. Do Pappa Points expire?
    Yes. PappaRich Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned and expires in sequential order. Make sure you spend your points. Don’t let them points go to waste!
    After 24 months, unused Points will expire and be removed from the Members account.
18. Help! I’ve forgotten my password!
    No stress! Click the Forgot password button and follow the instructions!
